System Engineer
to join a leading automotive project in
Modena, Italy
.

Your Responsibilities
Write and manage functional requirements for vehicle systems
Support validation teams by clarifying requirements and technical specifications
Analyse system requirements and prepare Requirements Analysis Reports
Perform log analysis and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues
Work closely with Network, Diagnostics, Mechatronics, and other engineering teams
Provide technical support and contribute to design and architectural decisions




Support the reference platform for system design and technical evaluations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
experience in System Engineering, Requirements Engineering, or Automotive Development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience with automotive systems engineering and requirements management
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Ability to interact with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams at different levels
Language Requirements
Italian: Fluent/Professional Proficiency (Mandatory)
English: Intermediate or above
Work Location
Modena, Italy (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)
