In this role, you will contribute to the definition and supervision of fabrication and testing activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness principles across complex industrial projects. The position involves working on piping, equipment, furnaces, instrumentation, and field construction activities. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou will apply international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, EN, NACE, AWS and others to material selection and fabrication processes, ensuring full compliance with project specifications. /liliYou will provide technical support on metallurgical matters throughout the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, testing, and fabrication phases. This includes reviewing client specifications and developing engineering and fabrication documentation aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements. /liliYou will be responsible for reviewing welding procedures, heat treatment specifications, material data sheets, mill test reports, and equipment documentation, ensuring their compliance with applicable standards and project needs. /liliYou will also investigate and resolve issues related to metallurgy, materials, testing, and welding, collaborating with clients, suppliers, and contractors both at vendor workshops and on-site during plant construction.



/liliWhere required, you will coordinate with specialized laboratories to perform material and welding failure analyses and support root cause investigations. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou hold at least 3 years of experience in Welding Engineering roles. Certifications such as IWE/EWE or IWT/EWT are considered a strong asset. /liliYou have a solid background in welding, including knowledge of material selection and corrosion mitigation techniques for piping systems, equipment, and steel structures within industrial environments. /liliYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and capable of working effectively in an international environment. /liliYou are available to travel for both short- and long-term assignments in Italy and abroad. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /ppbr / /pullicontract type: Permanent /liliapplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /liliJob classification level: White Collar, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCompensation /strong /ppbr / /ppThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 43,000. /pulliThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio. /liliAny additional variable components and/or benefits,
