In this role, you will contribute to the definition and supervision of fabrication and testing activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness principles across complex industrial projects. The position involves working on piping, equipment, furnaces, instrumentation, and field construction activities. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou will apply international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, EN, NACE, AWS and others to material selection and fabrication processes, ensuring full compliance with project specifications. /liliYou will provide technical support on metallurgical matters throughout the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, testing, and fabrication phases. This includes reviewing client specifications and developing engineering and fabrication documentation aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements. /liliYou will be responsible for reviewing welding procedures, heat treatment specifications, material data sheets, mill test reports, and equipment documentation, ensuring their compliance with applicable standards and project needs. /liliYou will also investigate and resolve issues related to metallurgy, materials, testing, and welding, collaborating with clients, suppliers, and contractors both at vendor workshops and on-site during plant construction.
/liliWhere required, you will coordinate with specialized laboratories to perform material and welding failure analyses and support root cause investigations. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou hold at least 3 years of experience in Welding Engineering roles.
