/liliLeverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends /liliDeliver training programs with the appropriate module and allocate team resources appropriately /liliImplement individual training path for Guerlain retail staff; br / /liliLiaise with commercial and marketing team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training /liliTogether with Retail Team measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions; br / /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPROFILE: /strong /ppbr / /pulliStrong experience in the cosmetic industry /liliQualification as an Aesthetician and expertise on the skincare axis are a plus /liliResult-oriented with a Retail mindset /liliExcellent communication skills, client engagement (e.G. storytelling skills) /liliCurious, open-minded, positive, and detail oriented /liliExcellent grooming, matching Brand DNA with high sense of luxury and service /liliAdvanced understanding of training methods /liliStrong experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus) /liliOffice (Power Point, Word and Excel) /liliItalian English speaking, French is a plus /liliWorkplace – Milan (travelling frequently across Italy, at least 40% of the time). /li /ulpbr / /ppemCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link: /em /p pbr / /p
