/strong /pulliManage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services. /liliCoordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards. /liliManage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing. /liliCoordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities. /liliSupport the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements. /liliPrepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred qualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or High School Diploma. /liliSolid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations. /liliStrong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. /liliGood command of written and spoken English. /liliStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliA role in a dynamic, growing and inclusive environment, with flexible working and the option to work remotely up to three days per week /liliThe opportunity to take ownership of and independently manage key processes and projects within the Function /liliThe opportunity to work closely with structured finance specialists and analyse securitisation transactions from the structuring phase onwards. /li /ul
