In this role you drive the financial evaluation and strategic planning for CNH's footprint transformation.
You will coordinate global manufacturing footprint projects and work with cross-functional teams to unlock value through investments, efficiency, and automation.
You'll develop business cases, monitor performance, and support finance transformation initiatives to improve reporting and analytics.

Lead financial evaluation of footprint projects (investment needs, costs, benefits, and business case)
Assess financial impact at P&L; and cash flow levels; compute ROI, NPV, and payback
Develop forecast and strategic plans for footprint initiatives across regions
Collaborate with regional/plant finance to monitor assumptions, investments, and realized benefits
Track project execution and support mitigation plans for deviations
Provide financial guidance across stakeholders involved in implementation
Create analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs for evaluation and monitoring
Manage manufacturing financial databases, data lakes,
and analytics environments
Support Finance Transformation (IWB automation, reporting improvements, AI projects) and continuous improvement
Partner with business leaders to identify investment optimization and efficiency opportunities
Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years in finance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
Experience in multinational industrial organizations and/or consulting with manufacturing focus
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong proficiency in digital tools/data analytics platforms (Excel, Access, Power BI, Databricks, Think-cell)
Knowledge of SAP modules FI, CO, MM is advantageous
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment
