Data Scientist at team.blue drives data-driven decision making by translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to design data-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives and ESG initiatives.
You will build and deploy predictive models, analyze large data sets, and continuously improve the data science pipeline to scale impact across the organization.
This is a hands?on role focused on delivering business value through analytics and machine learning, within a collaborative, impact?minded team.

Define the data science roadmap and priorities with leadership

Stay up to date with trends in data science, AI, and ML to enhance team capabilities
Responsabilità
5+ years of experience in data science solving complex business problems
Strong ability to align data science projects with business objectives
Excellent communication to translate technical insights for stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with unstructured data
Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
Experience with SQL and large data sets
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
