You will contribute to the company's growth and success by managing strategic projects that will have a direct impact on management control on an international scale.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out documentation and administrative activities related to the contract lifecycle
Coordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring the collection and validation of documentation
Managing the digital signature process for contracts and overseeing the operational workflow
Maintaining alignment between management systems and official documentation
Supporting the integration of new affiliates, analyzing spending, identifying duplicate contracts, and rationalizing suppliers




Producing reports for the supervisory body and supporting the Compliance function
What skills are we looking for?
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management tools
Skills in advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent
Experience in IT/software contracts is a plus
Excellent organizational skills, compliance orientation, and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
Fluent English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an asset
