ppWe are looking for a Technical Maintenance Professional to manage and maintain the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical systems across our hotel properties. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liare responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures /li licheck regularly the technical facilities of the hotel /li licoordinate all external facility management service providers /li licarry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel /li liwork closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team /li lisupervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Manager /li liare responsible for buying the necessary materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul lia training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical /li liseveral years of professional experience in a comparable position /li ligained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers /li ligood general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing) /li lipresenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you /li liwilling to work weekends from time to time and, if necessary, take on a late shift /li lispeaking fluent Italian and can communicate well in English /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liyour style, your smile,
