pOn behalf of strongBayer, /stronga global company with core competencies in health care and agriculture, strongIQVIA /strongis looking for a strongField Service Engineer /strong -based in Florence- to join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere. /ppbr / /ppAs a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of systems and devices, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical service. /ppbr / /ppLocation: strongTuscany /strong; br / preferred residence: strongFlorence /strong area. /ppbr / /ppstrongMAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES /strong /pp - Handle service requests ensuring planning, organization, and execution of direct customer support services, promptly visiting customers, analyzing technical problems, and identifying the most appropriate solution; br / /pp - Prepare servicequotes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the profitability goals of the division; br / /pp - Promote technical maintenance contracts, customizing the offer based on the customer's needs; br / /pp - Ensure the inventory is up to date and manage the direct handling of tools; br / /pp - Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through the analysis of customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams; br / /pp - Establish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs, ensuring a positive outcome in terms of customer satisfaction and product image; br / /pp - Support the KAMin performing competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables; br / /pp - Responsible forcarrying out administrative tasks to ensure the company's quality and safety standards as outlined by the policies.
/ppbr / /ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pp - Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent; br / /pp - 4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance; br / /pp - Customer oriented approach; br / /pp - Good organizational skills and ability to be autonomous in working schedules and priority definition; br / /pp - High flexibility and collaborative approach; br / /pp - Residence/domicile in Florence-Tuscany; br / /pp - Full availability to travel in Tuscany and throughout all the Italy territory; br / /pp - Good knowledge of English (especially written) is a preferred requirement. /ppbr / /ppstrongTYPE OF CONTRACT /strong /pp - National Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; br / /pp - Contract Type: Fixed Term-12 months; br / /pp - Salary Range orGross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below 41.369,73€ RAL. This position will also provide for a variable remuneration, awarded in accordance with the achievement of objectives and based on performance and in any case in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria. /ppbr / /ppThe salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria.
