We're looking for a candidate to join Prometeon Tyre Group strongRD Testing Department /strong as strong

Outdoor Testing Engineer Intern /strong. /pp

The ideal candidate has knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering with on-the-field, fast problem-solving attitude. /pp

Key Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongu

The person identified will be responsible of the following activities in 3 main areas /u /strong(for the Commercial truck, Bus and the Agricultural fields): /ppstrong

Product testing /strong /pulli

Assure the execution of product testing respecting the deadlines, optimizing the assigned resources, and guaranteeing the quality of results. /lili

Guarantee the correct application of the experimental and type-approval methods in the assigned team. /lili





Vehicles setting up for testing with complex equipment. /li /ulpstrong

Technical equipment testing /strong /pulli

Manage the testing machineries and instrumentations, by ensuring that all the activities of maintenance, calibration, use and upgrading of the equipment are properly carried out. /lili

Control the reliability of the assigned equipment and deal properly with any technical problem. /li /ulpstrong

Standard and regulations /strong /pulli

During the assigned testing activities, assure the compliance with the Health Safety and Environmental regulations laws and the European/Worldwide Regulation for type-approving tests. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Requirements /strong /pullistrong

Accademic /strong: Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automotive, or Electronic Engineering. /lilistrong

Technical: /strong Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical/electronic principles. /lilistrong

Digital /strong: Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular.

Basic knowledge of MATLAB and/or Python. /lilistrong

Languages /strong: Fluency in Italian and professional English proficiency. /lilistrong





Travel /strong: Availability for frequent business trip mainly in Italy /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Soft Skills Mindset /strong /pullistrong

Problem-Solving: /strong Proactive attitude when facing technical glitches on machines, vehicles or test benches /lilistrong

Reliability: /strong Ability to respect strict deadlines and optimize resources while maintaining high-quality results. /lilistrong"Hands-on" Approach: /strong Strong inclination toward manual work. comfortable working on the field, using hand tools, and performing mechanical or wiring setups on vehicles. /lilistrong

Previous experience in student competitions (e.g., strong

Formula Student /strong, Moto

Knowledge of Truck and Heavy Agricultural machines. /lili2D/3D CAD and technical drawings knowledge. /lili
