About the Role /strong /pp

The Manufacturing Project Engineer is responsible for all tasks and activities related to manufacturing processes.

They lead, budget and schedule internal projects supervising the manufacture of the systems including process improvements and troubleshooting. /ppbr/ppstrong

Responsible for planning and overseeing equipment produced in Italy and coordinate all project elements including engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final acceptance /lili

Manage the project within budget /lili

Prepare and maintain a GANTT to plan and monitor all the activities related to the assigned projects /lili

Keep strong relationship with suppliers and monitor the manufacture and respect of delivery of components /lili

Generates the Purchase Requests and RFQs to any supplier, expediting and monitoring deliveries on the assigned projects /lili

Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of sub-contract elements, etc. /lili

React promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs /lili

Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions /lili

Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary /lili

Accurately cost any changes in specifications /lili

Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests /lili

Track customer changes and participate in customer meetings when required /lili





Participates in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEAs), Quality history reviews, robustness studies, etc /lili

Track tasks against the project timing plan /lili

Assist with design verification and sign off reporting /lili

Apply specific technical skills as required to support the customer or colleagues /lili

Be willing and available to work at customer premises as required /lili

Contribute to continuous improvement activities /lili

Quality control of work by appropriate reviews and track quality issues over the entire project scope /lili

Support and lead process improvement activities /lili

Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients /lili

Plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented /lili

Feeds with reliable data the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /lili

Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions /lili

Undertake continuous training and development /lili

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems /lili

Liaise and communicate with other departments (Engineering Admin), customers, suppliers and other service providers /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrong

Skills /strong /pulli

Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), mechanical educational background /lili+4 year’ experience in Job Based Manufacturing (Manufacturing to Order) /lili

Experience strongin custom manufacturing projects /strong /lili

Good understanding of engineering principles /lili

Mechanical, electrical, electronic or software background desirable /lili





Proven Project Engineering/Project Management experience /lili

Experience in Bill of Material (BOM) structures /lili

Understanding of legislation and standards /lili

Understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work Example roles this job description may cover /lili

Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines /lili

Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team /lili

Ability to prepare reports and use appropriate modes of communication, proficient at analyzing data, creating reports /lili

Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines /lili

Deep knowledge of industries’ standards, testing methodologies, tools, and equipment /lili

Advanced computer skills, in particular MS Office (Excel, Word, Power

Point) and PM tools /lili

Good knowledge English language, written and spoken. /lili

Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on the multiple assigned projects. /lili

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. /lili
