Position Summary - fixed term contract (12 months)
We are looking for a candidate to join our team on a temporary base to provide Maternity Cover for the role of Sales Effectiveness Support.
This role will support identifying and strategizing plans to achieve long-term goals and objectives of the organization. Will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Must be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Duties
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.
- End‑to‑end quote processing for customers & dealers for specific business.
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required.
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data.
- Analyse sales data reports and share the information with sales teams - monthly activity.
- Report unusual activity to the manager.
- Management of sample - Distribution of technical documentation to customers, agents, and distributors.
- Support manager in CMR implementation.
- Dealer master data clean‑up to ensure compliance.
- Manage and maintenance of the life contracts of agents and dealers.
- Data clean up Sales Connection activity.
Education Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Economics
Required Experience
- Highly organized and efficient professional who can manage multiple tasks throughout the workday, while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list.
- Good English Level.
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
- Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Compensation
In line with our commitment to transparency and equal pay, we provide the following information:
- Salary Range: 28.000€ - 32.000€
