Parloa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex deployments of its Agentic AI platform for enterprise clients in Milano.
You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare, operating in a pod with an FDE and an AA.
You will drive governance, risk, and stakeholder communication, translating technical details into clear business impacts for executive sponsors and clients.
