Responsibilities

- Sales Scope Covering Europe
- Responsible for market development, product sales, customer development and maintenance, brand promotion, and market information collection for Yizumi's rubber machinery in the European market;

- Develop individual annual sales plans and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies for the European market;

- Promote subsidiaries to join rubber industry associations in target markets, deeply participate in core activities such as industry forums and technical exchanges to enhance brand professionalism;

integrate association resources to accurately connect with potential customers and systematically cultivate high-value business opportunities;

- Assist the Yizumi headquarters sales team in pursuing key customers, participate in important order negotiations, and be responsible for daily sales management;

- Develop and maintain local agents and distributors in Europe;

Regularly visit K-level customers and establish good customer relationships;





Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in the rubber machinery or related industries;

Bachelor's degreeor above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mechanical engineering, polymer materials, or marketing.
- Experience in sales or marketing.
- Previous experience working in a rubber product factory or upstream/downstream supporting manufacturers (e.G., rubber compound factories, mold factories, auxiliary equipment factories, etc.).
- Strong customer communication and business processing skills;

excellent teamwork spirit.
- Italian、English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

knowledge of German is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for work in Europe.
- Possess a driver's license;

strong work history andjob stability.
