We’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with strongcomplex vehicle issues /strong. /ppbr/pp

You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver strongfirst-time-right repairs /strong. /ppbr/ppstrong

What you’ll do: /strong /pulli

Support dealerships and repairers strongon-site and remotely /strong /lili

Diagnose and resolve strongcomplex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /strong /lili

Use OEM tools (e.g. strongwiTECH, DiagBOX /strong) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization /lili

Identify strongroot causes /strong using wiring diagrams and technical documentation /lili

Support both strongindividual cases and wider technical issues across fleets /strong /lili





Create clear strongtechnical reports and case updates /strong /lili

Coach technicians and provide stronghands-on guidance /strong /lili

Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

What you bring: /strong /pulli

Strong experience in strongautomotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service /strong /lili

Proven ability to fix strongcomplex electrical/electronic faults /strong /lili

Hands-on use of strongOEM diagnostic tools /strong /lili

Confidence reading strongwiring diagrams and technical documentation /strong /lili

Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams /lili

Ability to support and guide technicians /lilistrong

Preferred /strong: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Technical knowledge /strong /pulli

Modern vehicle systems: strongpowertrain, ADAS, body electronics /strong /lili

Networks: strongCAN / LIN / Flex

Ray /strong /lili

Diagnostic methods: strongroot cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing /strong /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Language /strong /pulli

Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken) /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
