Your Mission /strong /pp

As Project/Construction Manager Energy Efficiency you will coordinate with other Operations team members, Sales team and external partners for the design and realization of EE projects, playing a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of GY in Italy. /ppbr/ppstrongA few examples of your responsibilities /strong /pulli

Engage with the strongcommercial team to support the development of new opportunities /strongand take ownership of their strongtechnical business development /strong. /lili





Develop energy audits across industrial and tertiary sites to define energy baselines and identify efficiency measures. /lili

Estimate EPC costs and assess technical and economic feasibility, ensuring opportunities are accurate, competitive, and profitable /lili

Coordinate engineering partners and service providers instrong developing designs to define project /strongscope, budget, schedule, and technical specifications. /lili

Manage supplier qualification, negotiations, and contractual aspects. /lili

Calculate energy savings, incentives, and certificates in compliance with applicable regulations. /lili

Liaise with Customers’ technical and management teams to address concerns and secure alignment. /lili

Support the preparation of contract annexes, focusing on technical scope, guarantees, budget, and timelines. /lili

Lead meetings with Customers, EPC contractors, and partners. /lili

Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across Italy and Europe. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

What we look for /strong /pullistrong

Master’s degree /strong in Energy or Electric Engineering. /lilistrong3+years of professional experience /strong in Project Management of energy efficiency projects within services companiesstrong (experience in MV and LV electrical scope of work preferred). /strong /lilistrongEE guy /strong.

Good technical understanding of EE technologies (refrigeration, steam, climate,



lighting...). /lili

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms supporting energy efficiency initiatives, including strong

White Certificates /strong (Titoli di Efficienza Energetica), the strong

Thermal Account /strong (Conto Termico). /lilistrong

Design /strong/monitoring tools (i.e.

Autocad, Edilclima) with MS Office proficiency. /lilistrong

Interpersonal skills /strong.

Ability to identify customer needs, proven competences in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. /lilistrong
