Job Overview /strong /pp

The HVAC Release Engineer is responsible for the development and validation of the automotive A/C line, pressure sensor and accumulator or receiver drier. /pp

Responsibilities /pulli

Ensuring the components meet performance objectives and will coordinate development with other functional areas such as powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and suppliers.

Duties will include writing source packages, specifications, requirements, change notices and overall supplier management to meet program timing and deliverables.

Maintaining component and sub-system DVPR, support and keep up to date with component bench testing, simulation, drive-cell and static cell test results as well as perform data analysis and establish proper corrective actions as required. /lili

Needing to lead virtual team to design and perform CFD and FEA analysis for components to meet performance. /lili

Supporting pilot build process at the assembly plant for development and installation of HVAC components. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Bachelor of Science (Engineering) /li /ulpSKILLS: /pulli

Strong PC + MS Office skills required. /lili

Excellent written, verbal and listening skills and interpersonal skills. /lili

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. /lili

Very good knowledge about Unigraphics NX and CATIA and PLM/ENOVIA. /lili

Strong PC + MS Office skills required.

Self-starter and motivated to produce results. /lili

Experience with Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA). /lili

Experience with Design Verification Plan Report (DVPR). /lili

Basic thermodynamics knowledge. /lili





Reactive problem solving (IS/IS NOT) /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Preferred qualifications: /strong /pulli

Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) /lili

Knowledge about rubber hoses and aluminum pipes /lili

Experience in e-compressors, chillers, EV components are a plus. /lili

Basic knowledge in Thermodynamics. /lili

Automotive assembly plant experience. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLANGUAGES /strong: /pulli

Italian mother tongue or at least profiency. /lili

Good writing and speaking English (B2) mandatory. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEXPERIENCE: /strong /pulli1-3 years of experience in A/C line, pressure sensor, accumulator or receiver drier. /lili

Other related design experience (Engine cooling, Aero-Thermal) is also a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Offer /strong /pulli

Salary range: from 37.000€ to 40.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /lili

Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (third) professional area. /li /ulpbr/pp
