We are looking for an strong

Associate Electrical Engineer /strong to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects.

You will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /pulli

Lead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery. /lili

Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /lili

Identify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. /lili

Ensure full compliance with Italian regulations. /lili

Produce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. /lili

Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. /lili

Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWHAT WE NEED /strong /ppbr/pullistrong

Degree in Electrical, /strong Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent. /lilistrong

Must-Have:



/strong Deep knowledge of Italian regulations. /lilistrong

Minimum of 6 years /strong of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy. /lili

Experience in producing, delivering and possibly signing off official submissions to local authorities. /lilistrong

Language: /strong Full professional fluency in spoken and written strong

Italian and English /strong. /lilistrong

Project management: /strong

Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers /lilistrong

Revit Navisworks: /strong
