Tecnimont is looking for a Construction HSE Manager to join “Construction Operations” Function. /ppstrong
Key Responsabilities: /strong /pp
The Construction HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in complex contractual environments such as Consortiums and Joint Ventures.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, he/she is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and management systems at construction sites. /polli
To support and monitor the implementation of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site level. /lili
To perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities. /lili
To verify the adequacy and effective implementation of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, promoting revisions whenever required. /lili
To ensure the maintenance and continuous update of HSE documentation throughout all construction phases. /lili
To monitor subcontractors’ compliance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations and standards, promoting corrective actions whenever necessary. /lili
To organize, plan and participate in HSE inspections, audits and site walk-downs, ensuring the preparation of reports, action plans and timely follow-up of corrective actions. /lili
To coordinate and deliver HSE training, awareness and induction programs for site personnel. /lili
To organize and participate in all relevant HSE meetings with project stakeholders, subcontractors and clients. /lili
To support the management of work permit systems and interface with Client representatives on HSE-related matters. /lili
To investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and defining preventive and corrective measures. /lili
To maintain HSE records and statistics, monitoring performance against project and corporate objectives, targets and KPIs. /lili
To lead and coordinate the Site HSE Committee and promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel. /lili
To lead and coordinate emergency response and fire prevention teams, organizing drills and emergency preparedness activities. /lili
To prepare the HSE section of monthly project reports and other periodic reporting required by the Project and Corporate organization. /li /olpstrong
Requirements and Skills: /strong /polli
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline. /lili
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial Construction projects. /lili
Proven experience in managing HSE activities on large international construction sites. /lili
Solid knowledge of international HSE standards, management systems and applicable regulations. /lili
Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections. /lili
Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. /lili
Ability to operate effectively in complex project environments, including Consortiums and Joint Ventures. /lili
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. /lili
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to promote a proactive safety culture in multicultural environments. /lili
Fluent in strong

The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 70.000,00. /pp• The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio. /pp• Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process. /ppstrong
