About the Role /strong /pp

The strong

Technical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor /strong is an after‑sales role focused on stronghands‑on technical support and field assistance /strong for the Italian dealer network. /pp

The role supports Workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, both remotely and on‑site when necessary.

It is a practical, operational position designed for a technically minded professional who enjoys working directly with vehicles and service teams. /ppbr/ppstrong

Key Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong

Technical Support Field Assistance /strong /pulli

Provide strongtechnical after‑sales support /strong to Italian dealers and service centres. /lili

Assist with strongvehicle fault diagnosis /strong on mechanical, electrical, electronic and EVs systems. /lili

Support workshops through strongremote technical assistance /strong (calls, diagnostic data, fault descriptions). /lili

Perform strongon‑site technical support visits /strong when issues cannot be resolved remotely (“flying doctor” activities). /lili

Escalate complex or unresolved cases with HQ technical staff. /lili

Collect and document field issues, repair feedback, and technical data from the Italian market. /lili

Support warranty, quality, and technical investigations with accurate and timely information. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Documentation Process Support /strong /pulli

Assist in preparing strongtechnical case reports /strong, service feedback, and basic diagnostic documentation. /lili

Follow established diagnostic procedures and service guidelines. /lili

Requirements /strong /ppstrong

Technical Background /strong /pulli

Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in strong

Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering /strong, or a related field. /lilistrong2–4 years’ experience /strong in automotive after‑sales service, technical support,

or vehicle diagnostics. /lili

Good knowledge of: /li /ulp

Vehicle mechanical systems /pp

Electrical and electronic systems /pp

Diagnostic tools and fault‑finding processes /pulli
