Forwood Safety is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to drive successful adoption of our safety solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with customers to set measurable objectives, oversee onboarding, and ensure ongoing engagement that translates into value realization and retention.
