Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead shipboard pastry and bakery operations, delivering high-quality, technically excellent preparations for breakfast through dinner and special functions, while upholding strict Public Health standards.
You will supervise the pastry team, train staff, manage inventories and showpieces, coordinate menus and show demonstrations, and ensure guest satisfaction across international voyages.
