Discuss technical implementation details with engineers and manage trade?offs between customer needs and deadlines
Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to teams, users, and stakeholders
Prototype and test new features and define go?to?market strategies
Analyze feedback from Customer Happiness, Sales, analytics,
beta programs, and surveys for improvements
Represent the voice of the customer within the team and to stakeholders
Build tracking plans and hypotheses to question product decisions and improve metrics
Mentor junior team members
Responsabilità 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex software at scale in fast?paced environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven ability to work cross?functionally in a fully?stacked company
Thrives in uncertainty and shields the team from it
Natural ability to lead without authority and drive action in ambiguity, with organized, detailed execution
