pstrongRomeloft is hiring: Check-in Representative / Arrival Coordinator /strong /ppbr / /ppRomeloft is a high-end short-term rental company managing a portfolio of quality apartments in central Rome. /ppWe are looking for a reliable, well-presented and highly service-oriented to join our guest arrival team. /ppThis is a hands-on hospitality role. /ppbr / /ppThe successful candidate will personally perform many guest check-ins across our apartments, while also helping coordinate the daily arrival schedule and making sure every guest receives a smooth, warm and professional welcome. /ppbr / /ppFor Romeloft, the check-in is not just a key handover. It is the guest’s first real impression of the company. We are looking for someone who understands this and wants to represent the brand with care, elegance and confidence. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /pulliPersonally welcoming guests at Romeloft apartments in central Rome /liliExplaining the apartment clearly: keys, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, appliances, building rules and local practical information /liliCoordinating guest arrival times with the office and the rest of the team /liliMonitoring delays,



late arrivals and last-minute changes /liliLiaising with cleaning and maintenance to confirm that apartments are ready before guests arrive /liliReporting apartment issues quickly and accurately after check-in /liliRepresenting Romeloft as a true brand ambassador during every guest interaction /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliExcellent spoken and written English and Italian /liliStrong hospitality mindset and genuine desire to welcome people well /liliWarm, professional and positive attitude with international guests /liliStrong organisational skills and attention to detail /liliAbility to stay calm and solution-oriented during busy arrival days /liliComfortable using fast urban transport solutions such as scooter, e-bike, e-scooter, bicycle, taxi or public transport when appropriate /liliAvailability for flexible shifts, including some evenings, weekends and occasional late arrivals /li /ulpbr / /ppTo apply, please send your CV and a short introduction explaining your hospitality, guest service or short-term rental experience. /p
