Lead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors /lili

Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams /lili

Coordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third-party infrastructures /lili

Support the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements /li /ulpbr/ppstrong️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulli

Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan /lili

Establish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures /lili

Facilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams /lili

Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie-ins, and hook-up activities /lili

Monitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface parties /lili





Ensure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages /lili

Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress /lili

Identify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities /lili

Coordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover /li /ulpbr/ppstrong✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent /lili

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil Gas projects /lili

At least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client-side Interface Management roles /lili

Proven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities /lili

Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes /lili

Experience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies /lili

Knowledge of risk-based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination /lili

Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface-related clauses /lili





Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills /lili

Fluent written and spoken English /li /ulpbr/ppstrong 4. WHAT WE OFFER /strong /pulli

The compensation for this role ranges between strong€50.000 and €85.000 /strong.

The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company.

Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval. /lilistrong
