Experteer Overview In this role you will grow and manage ANDRITZ FB service sales in Italy and Spain, driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction. You will work with the sales team to develop plans, nurture key accounts, and close contracts, while staying aligned with the service and AFT strategy. You'll attend events, monitor opportunities via CRM, and promote knowledge sharing across the territory. This position offers impact through expanding market share in animal feed, aqua & pet, and biomass & waste applications within a global engineering leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and drive commercial sales of the FB service portfolio in Italy and Spain
Plan and implement initiatives to maximize FB sales and earnings in line with strategy
Maintain and strengthen relationships with potential customers and key accounts
Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close contracts according to pricing policies
Track market opportunities and sales activity using CRM and monthly reports
Support order transfer with technical and commercial information
Engage in relevant events to identify new business opportunities




Grow market share across animal feed, aqua & pet, biomass & waste applications and strengthen the brand
Promote knowledge sharing and structured sales approaches
Demonstrate leadership by setting expectations and developing the sales and service teams
Support Capital and Aftermarket sales on application matters
Responsabilità Machinery/Engineering/Automation skills
Marketing principles
Customer experience principles
Knowledge of FB products and processes across all segments
Proven track record in business development and sales of service solutions
Networking with stakeholders in the territory
Experience using CRM and other sales toolsTechnology skills in ANDRITZ IT and IoT Tools
English, Spanish and Italian fluency
Minimum 10 years experience in Services, managing medium/long term contracts (preferably in Feed & Biofuel or related industries)
Experience in matrix organizations
Willingness to travel ~50%
