pTaylor Hopkinson is recruiting, on behalf of a leading international player operating in the renewable energy sector, a strongLand Contracts Specialist /strong to join the Italian team based in Rome. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing land-related activities across a portfolio of Solar and BESS projects, supporting the entire project lifecycle /ppbr / /ppstrong. /strong /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliCoordinate the lifecycle of land agreements, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled in line with project schedules. /liliMonitor payment obligations, contractual milestones, renewals, and deadlines associated with land acquisition and lease agreements. /liliManage negotiations and maintain relationships with landowners, notaries, consultants, and external advisors throughout the contracting process. /liliSupport the preparation, review, and execution of real estate documentation required for project development. /liliMaintain accurate records of contractual documentation and ensure internal databases are continuously updated.



/liliCoordinate activities related to expropriation procedures where applicable. /liliIdentify contractual and legal risks related to land agreements, proposing practical and business-oriented solutions. /liliMonitor changes in Italian legislation and regulatory frameworks affecting renewable energy developments and real estate matters. /liliWork closely with Legal, Business Development, Engineering, Permitting, and Project Management teams to ensure project alignment. /liliContribute to the optimization of internal procedures and reporting processes related to land management activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliDegree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors, with direct involvement in land acquisition or land management activities. /liliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliDriving licence and availability to travel across Italy. /li /ul
