Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze mechanical needs and support advanced studies, simulations, models and prototypes
Describe mechanical functions, requirements and development plans
Create data packages for production transfer and collaborate with production and procurement
Monitor mechanical activities, progress, and technical results
Propose and justify technical choices per approved architecture
Ensure designs meet target costs and lead times
Collaborate across teams to develop cost-effective, manufacturable solutions
Oversee hardware-related testing and qualification processes
Responsabilità Master in Engineering or related field
significant experience in hardware development and mechanical engineering
strong analytical mindset with rigorous approach
customer-oriented with understanding of organizational goals
ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently
strong background in mathematics, science, and computer science
proficiency with mechanical design tools and standards
