As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will drive growth in instrumentation and process automation by acting as a technical and commercial reference for the market segment. You will support sales with technical and commercial proposals, collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, and help shape portfolio strategy. You will translate customer needs into effective instrumentation solutions and contribute to product development and market development. This role offers cross?functional impact, hands?on technical consulting, and growth within Siemens' Digital Industries. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze RFQs, technical specs and customer requirements to identify suitable instrumentation and automation solutions Prepare technical and commercial proposals for process instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature, valve automation) Select, size, and configure products according to application requirements ensuring accuracy and standards compliance Provide technical consulting and application support to customers and the sales organization throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with customers, headquarters,
and cross?functional teams to define solutions and resolve technical challenges Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support portfolio growth and identify new opportunities Deliver technical presentations, product training, and marketing support while contributing to portfolio development Support portfolio competitiveness and sustainable business growth through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing Responsabilità Knowledge of process instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, and temperature; positioners for electro?pneumatic valves) Bachelor's degree in engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical) or technical Diploma xrdztoy 3?5 years' experience in technical/sales roles with instrument configuration and selection based on requirements Familiarity with major industrial process markets (Oil & Gas, energy, chemicals, water and wastewater, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage) Proficiency in English and Italian; eligibility to work in Italy Willingness to travel for national and international business trips Requisiti fondamentali flexible hybrid working model wellbeing ecosystem parenthood support health reimbursement programs psychological support services continuous learning opportunities #J-*****-Ljbffr
