Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a skill and motivated Supervisor Production Injection for a prestigious multinational company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector.

He/She guarantees the correct execution of the activities related to the mould installation and maintenace, coordinating the staff (tool setters and shift leaders) and intervening, when necessary, in solving the problems. He/She is responsible for the timely execution of the activities in relation to orders, and for the respect of HS&E; procedures in his/her area.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Based on the production plan, he/she guarantees the proper installation of the moulds onto the machines.
- Supervises the set up and the start of the machinery also using the proxy tool
- Ensures that the first productions after the installation are properly controlled, in order to verify that the products fit the standards in term of quality
- In case of problems, he/she is responsible for their solution and for restoring the desired quality levels
- Ensures that all the relevant information are stored in the production ERP
- Handles materials with forklift and overhead crane
- Supports quality control activities
- Support scaling-up of protypes
- Ensures the correct execution of HS&E; policies,



and the adoption of HS&E; best practices
- Monitors the status of efficiency of the machines and suggests maintenance interventions
- Supervises the ordinary cleaning of the workplace
- Coordinates his teams (tool setters and shift leaders), assessing their performance and skills and taking care of their development
- Strong focus on high standard of order and cleaning in all the production area
- Knowlwdge of 5S standars and Lean Principles
- High level of communication and capability of manteining solid relationships

Education and experience

- Technical High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience as a tool setter in manufacturing companies, and 2 years as team leader

Place of work: Vittorio Veneto (TV).

Salary range: 40/45K.
