Experteer Overview In this role you coordinate and govern complex projects and programmes to deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation. You work closely with cross?functional teams to align scope, timelines, risks, and reporting with client needs and product strategy. You contribute to improving delivery predictability and cross?functional coordination while maintaining high standards of client success and product quality. You will support continuous improvement of PM frameworks and adopt best practices in a fast?paced, professional environment. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape delivery across financial software projects in Milan.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with quality and deadline adherence
Coordinate cross?functional teams (Sales, Product, Development, Application Management & Support) to deliver projects efficiently
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues with accountability and timely resolution
Maintain high standards of client success, customer care, and product quality across engagements
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools, and processes
Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions




Provide regular updates and reporting to management
Responsabilità BSC in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or programme coordination
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross?functional teams
Strong understanding of Agile, PMI, PRINCE2 and related tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Familiarity with trading workflows, financial market processes, and software deployment lifecycles
Knowledge of DevOps, QA, and application support processes in software delivery
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical and business requirements
Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and change control principles
Demonstrated accountability, autonomy, and efficiency in managing complex client projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientation, and client?centric mindset
Team?oriented with collaboration and mutual respect
Ability to meet deadlines and remain composed under pressure
High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
