About the Role
Internship in Field Operations at CHEP in Milan, Italy. 6?month term with possible extension. Monthly remuneration of €900 plus meal vouchers. Requires fluent English and Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare operational reviews and business presentations for field teams.
Support audit preparation and maintain documentation for site visits and compliance reviews.
Conduct operational health checks and collection analysis on specific locations.
Assist with follow?up activities related to collections and field operations.
Analyze inventory and loss?related data, identify trends, and prepare reports and dashboards.
Extract, consolidate, and validate operational data from multiple systems.
Support data recovery and reporting activities.
Collect information from field retailers and prepare structured transaction files for processing.
Validate transaction data received from regional teams and ensure compliance with procedures.
Monitor processing outcomes, investigate rejected or mismatched transactions, and open/manage related cases.
Support suspect?case investigations and account maintenance activities.
Create and maintain operational records and databases to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate follow?up actions and documentation for customer inquiries and operational requests.
Assist purchase order preparation through data extraction and calculations.
Liaise with internal support teams for timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
Master's degree student (M1/M2) in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.




Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Interest in operations, supply chain, retail, or field execution environments.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Teamhaven is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Italian (written and spoken).
