Overview As Driveline LTE, you shape validation for future tractor production by defining test plans and guiding cross?functional teams. You ensure alignment between requirements and validation methods, optimize resource use, and drive risk?aware decisions. You'll coordinate with design, materials, manufacturing, and external suppliers to meet milestones and deliver robust test results. This role offers impact in advancing agricultural and construction technology within a collaborative, global environment. You will lead with technical expertise and hands?on support to push efficient, safe validation practices.
Responsibilities Define and prioritize test activities to meet project milestones based on CNH experience, quality data, and resource availability.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle, driveline, components, test rooms, and personnel resources with correct timing.
Collaborate with Product Validation and Design Engineering teams to secure necessary validation assets and resolve resource conflicts.
Compile and synthesize diverse requirements into accessible documentation for stakeholders.
Assess technical risks and determine if components/systems meet design criteria.
Analyze test data to identify trends and issues,
guiding corrective actions.
Interface with support groups and customers to communicate targets and results.
Coordinate outsourcing test suppliers (including overseas) and manage related communications.
Support test instrumentation, data acquisition, and test control equipment selection and setup.
Ensure safety procedures are applied and, when needed, support offshore travel for task execution.
Qualifications Good computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office).
Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Experience with project management/scheduling methods.
Experience on tractors preferred.
Technical leadership to guide validation processes and discussions.
Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment systems and operational experience preferred.
Fluent English.
