Publicis Groupe Milan is seeking a Progress Manager to bridge LePub Project/Account Management with internal practice leads, ensuring accurate resourcing and workload across the studio. You will manage Roar v2, forecast capacity, and coordinate freelancers while keeping external spend to a minimum.

You’ll build and maintain a single source of truth for reporting, interact with project owners, and help optimise staffing, costs and delivery across the agency.
