You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with high‑quality delivery in mind. /p h3Salary /h3 p45K - 67.5K /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyzes designs and implements complex infrastructures; /li liChallenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve; /li liCommunicates with self‑awareness; /li liSets direction for the delivery of multiple services; /li liIdentifies areas of strategic technical debt and provides cost/vantaggi analysis for eliminating it; /li liFully understands the business landscape and stakeholder expectations; /li liLeads recruiting efforts and capacity planning; /li liIf needed jumps into a team to help with delivery; /li liProduces quality metrics; /li liComfortable managing team members with different skill sets.
