Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the end-to-end procurement process to support production, focusing on creating PRs, issuing and tracking POs, and liaising with suppliers. You will handle contract administration and cost allocation across internal departments, and collaborate with Controlling, Engineering, Assembly, and Sales to monitor orders and support monthly production closes. This position sits within IMA BFB, contributing to efficient procurement and cross-functional workflow in a global, multinational setting. You'll work on impactful procurement and contract management tasks that enable smooth production and commercial success.
Benefits Manage procurement workflow including PR creation, PO issuance and monitoring
Verify order confirmations and maintain supplier communication
Administer contracts and related purchase orders




Review internal department hours and allocate costs accurately
Collaborate with Controlling, Engineering, Assembly, Sales to monitor orders
Support monthly production order closing activities and task progress
Responsibilities 2–3+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
Strong Excel data analysis and Microsoft Office proficiency
English language skills (written and spoken)
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
