pWe are looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals specifically for EPC Plant projects. You will manage the entire proposal lifecycle for complex engineering, procurement, and construction tenders, ensuring compliance with company standards and tight deadlines. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliSchedule and lead proposal kick-off and storyboarding sessions tailored to EPC Plant projects /liliFacilitate key review meetings and final document approvals involving multidisciplinary teams /liliCoordinate proposal governance, document production, and timely delivery for EPC bids /liliPrepare bid/no-bid analyses and support strategic decisions with senior management /liliConduct comprehensive risk analyses related to EPC Plant tenders and ensure completeness of all bid documentation /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering, HR, Commercial, and Contract Management teams to estimate project costs and contractual terms for EPC scopes /liliParticipate in internal bid reviews, negotiations, and post-submission follow-ups to optimize success rates /liliAnalyze bid outcomes to continuously improve proposal effectiveness /liliPrepare job order starting budgets for awarded EPC projects in alignment with company financial models /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements:



/strong /ppbr / /pulliSolid background in Proposal Management within EPC Plant projects or similar large-scale industrial environments /liliExperience in Contract and/or Project Management within EPC environments is a strong advantage /liliStrong commercial orientation, organizational skills, and knowledge of EPC estimation methods /liliExcellent communication skills, including public speaking and creative writing /liliSolid understanding of economic and financial analysis related to EPC contracts (cash flow, bonds, insurances) /liliProfessional proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of the role; br / knowledge of a second language, especially Spanish, is considered a plus /liliAvailability for international travel is required /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWork Location: /strongHQ - Parma. /ppbr / /ppemThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
