We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with strong leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery.
Set direction for the delivery of multiple services;
# Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost/benefit analysis for its elimination;
# Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations;
# Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;




Previous experience as an SRE Engineer (4-10 years);
Good knowledge of Cloudera cluster management;
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Scala, Bash, Python;
Deep understanding of UNIX/Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and security practices;
Experience with at least one cloud provider among Azure, AWS, and GCP;
Expertise in cloud-native technologies, IaC, Docker, and Kubernetes;
Ability to troubleshoot complex networking, data, and software issues;
Full remote or hybrid work options in Milan, Turin, Padua, Bologna, Catania, and Rende;
