Training Experience Specialist – Responsibilities
- Develop and execute learning plans to ensure customer success and drive subscription renewals.
- Proactively engage with a large number of assigned customers to understand learning goals and create tailored plans that maximize the benefits of their learning subscription and Training Units (TUs).
- Design, implement, and manage targeted upsell and cross‑sell campaigns to existing customers, generating incremental revenue through value‑added offerings.
- Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can share success stories about their learning subscription.
- Analyze customer engagement and usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; produce regular renewal‑metric reports for internal stakeholders.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, overseeing lead nurturing, qualification, distribution, and follow‑up to ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
- Drive fill rates by promoting Open Enrolment (OE) training courses and certification exams to the existing customer base through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with product development to address customer feedback and enhance the learning subscription offering.
- Support local sales teams in identifying upsell opportunities and potential expansion of learning services.
- Support Red Hat Training Resellers in daily activities, QBRs, and act as first contact and escalation point.
Training Experience Specialist – Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Results‑oriented mindset focused on achieving consumption and renewal targets.
- Customer‑centric approach with a passion for ensuring customer success.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing renewal plans.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), subscription‑based business models, and online education platforms is a plus.
- Mastery of MS Office, Google GSuite, or other Office Suite.
- Native Italian speaker with business‑level written and spoken English; other languages welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Pay Transparency
RedHat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay alignment. Annual or hourly salary is one component of RedHat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for variable incentive premio, sales commission, and/or equity.
