Our
Sales Assistants
are experts in customer relations, know the products and the latest trends, and transform every store visit into an excellent shopping experience. Every day they welcome customers, manage sales activities, and take care of product display, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
Objectives of the role:
Welcome every customer and assist them in realizing their projects, offering support and advice on purchases.
Listen to customer needs to identify the most suitable solutions, enhancing the products and services of your department.
Contribute to the care and organization of the department, ensuring an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment.
Work as a team to offer a simple, effective, and satisfying shopping experience.

5-day work week (Mon-Sun), with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance.

For this position, an annual gross salary range between
€23,300 and €30,000
is expected for a full-time position. For tempo parziale contracts, remuneration will be proportional to the contractually agreed hours.
The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role.
The Ideal Profile:
Diploma and/or Degree.
You are results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
You have experience in sales and/or customer service.
You have a passion for our products.
