In this role you will write new and renewal property business for a defined client range, shaping risk selection and profitability. You'll work closely with brokers and clients to deliver a high-quality underwriting service that aligns with the business plan and portfolio growth. You'll manage relationships, support risk management discussions, and monitor premiums and exposures to sustain performance. This is a regulated role with emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and delivering market-leading client experiences.

Review submissions (applications, policy wording, reports) to assess risk and determine pricing
Calculate risk premiums considering sector risk, reinsurance, and costs to ensure profitability
Advise and service clients on insurance and risk management matters




Manage relationships to enable cross-selling and client retention
Ensure timely implementation of new and renewed accounts to quality standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of financial exposure and premium income
Maintain awareness of claims and contribute to settlement input
Previous underwriting experience in property insurance
English and Italian language proficiency
Understanding of stakeholders' needs and ability to negotiate and align
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of trends and business transformation
