This is a core business role, designed to turn Customer Experience into a competitive advantage and a revenue driver.
HQ or primary operations in Milan area with remote options in Lombardy; you will own end-to-end CX strategy, scale the teams from ground up, and drive a metrics-driven, data-first culture across Customer Success, Support, Product and Sales.
