In this internship, you will support the Investment Banking team across the Italian market, assisting analysts and associates in preparing marketing and transaction materials, conducting financial analyses, and managing data rooms.
You will help maintain market databases and produce statistical materials that inform deal strategy.
The role offers exposure to M&A;, corporate finance, and market research within a collaborative, professional setting.
This is a hands?on, growth?focused opportunity to contribute to live transactions.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Preparation of teasers, information memoranda and company profiles for internal and external use
Conduct financial and business analyses of listed and private companies
Support management of virtual data rooms for M&A; and corporate finance transactions




Maintain databases and prepare statistical materials related to the Italian financial market
Responsabilità
MSc in Corporate finance, Finance, Business Administration or related economic field
Strong interest in Investment Banking, M&A;, Corporate Finance and Financial Markets
Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Team?oriented with ability to work independently when required
Availability for a full?time internship of 6 months
