Finance Analytics Team Leader - FP&A; (f/m/d)

In this role you lead Awin’s financial analytics, acting as a product owner for reporting, KPIs and planning. You’ll shape the finance data story to support strategic decisions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive analytics evolution, including AI/ML tool integration. You lead a small squad, translate roadmaps into actionable phases, and raise the bar on data-driven decision making. You’ll work in a dynamic, global setting with a focus on impact, growth, and mentorship.

- Own the financial reporting and forecasting suite (sales, revenue, customer lifecycle, opex, personnel, KPIs) using BI and EPM tools
- Support vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics, including tool integration and AI/ML exploration
- Translate roadmap into phases with defined deliverables, owners,



and timelines
- Define business logic and semantic layers for financial analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address real business problems
- Coach two direct reports and one dotted-line data engineer, driving growth and quality
- Collaborate with Data Engineering squads to ingest and model data
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- 5+ Years in Financial or Business Analytics with Product Ownership / leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Analytics related xlwpduy field
- CIMA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Expertise with SQL and Tableau; experience with an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan) is a strong advantage
- Fluent English; additional European language advantageous but not essential
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical, proactive, and capable of bridging technical and strategic discussions
