Inserimento, gestione e monitoraggio degli ordini clienti.




Supporto operativo alla rete commerciale italiana ed estera.
Coordinamento con i reparti Logistica, Produzione e Amministrazione per garantire il corretto avanzamento degli ordini.
Controllo e gestione delle giacenze a magazzino
Monitoraggio e avanzamentodelle consegne, con relativa gestione di eventuali anomalie
Attività di customer service per eventuali reclami/problematiche
Predisposizione di report commerciali e aggiornamento dei dati a gestionale
Supporto durante le campagne vendita
Profilo ideale
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
Gradita esperienza pregressa con gestionali come Just Fashion
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli.
Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving.
Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione delle priorità.
