Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

- Develop artwork for multichannel deliverables from scratch
- Create creative concepts based on approved designs
- Collaborate with design and copy teams on project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for print and digital executions
- Maintain consistent creative quality throughout projects
- Work closely with project management under strict guidelines
- Develop colour palettes and stylesheets as directed
- Participate in training programs and assigned tasks

Requirements

- 7+ years digital and print design experience
- User Interface design experience
- Expertise in Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Familiarity with Firefly, Figma, and Sketch/3D is a plus




- Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent experience
- Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise
- Understanding of layout principles and resizing effects
- Motion Graphics experience with After Effects is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Native Italian and business‑level English proficiency
