Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for handling both customer service and operational tasks within the forwarding business.
Forwarding Operations – you will manage end-to-end import/export operations for both air and ocean freight.
Handle import and export shipment operations.
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and service providers.
Arrange customs clearance and delivery.
Liaise with overseas offices within the company.

Customer Interaction
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding transportation matters.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Provide shipment status updates and follow?ups.
Prepare quotations and related documentation.
Coordinate with customers on various requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements
Mandatory
Experience in customer service or operations within the forwarding industry.
Practical experience in import/export operations.
Ability to work independently and contribute immediately.
Preferred
Experience handling both air and ocean freight.
Experience working in Japanese or Japanese?affiliated companies.
Japanese language communication skills.
Employment Conditions
Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 per year (12 months + 2 months premio).
Working Style: 5 days per week in the office.
