This position focuses on leading managers, shaping strategy, and driving cross‑team execution, especially in fintech‑related platforms and transaction‑heavy systems where scalability, resilience, security, and reliability are essential. /p h3In This Role, You’ll Get To /h3 ul liLead multiple engineering teams or a large organization. /li liManage Engineering Managers, senior engineers, and technical leaders. /li liDrive strategic, cross‑team initiatives and major engineering programs. /li liSet the technical roadmap and align it with business goals. /li liPartner with senior leadership, including Directors, VPs,



and C‑level stakeholders. /li liDevelop engineering leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. /li liHire and scale high‑performing teams and leadership talent. /li liStrengthen engineering culture through quality, ownership, and data‑driven decisions. /li liDrive organizational excellence across backend, platform, data, and fintech‑related engineering domains. /li liOversee the delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support high‑volume, business‑critical, and transaction‑intensive workloads. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need to Succeed /h3 ul liExperience managing large engineering teams (25 people). /li liExperience hiring and managing engineering managers. /li liExperience developing future engineering managers from within the company. /li liExperience rapidly growing a team. /li liExperience communicating to C‑level. /li liAt least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams and 10+ years of experience in software engineering. /li liDemonstrable experience as a system owner with operational responsibility. /li liAble to operate autonomously: making decisions, setting KPIs, with a strong sense of ownership. /li liExtremely proficient in at least one programming language (React, JavaScript, Kotlin, Scala, Java, C#). /li liKnowledge of scale, microservices, and clean architecture.
