Are you a 4th or 5th-year law student eager to step into a truly international environment and work on some of the most exciting finance and infrastructure projects in the market? Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a leading global law firm, is inviting you to join our English Finance Team in the Energy & Infrastructure Department for a curricular internship lasting at least6 months, starting in February/March .
At Orrick, you won’t just be an intern – you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team, working in English every day and gaining hands‑on experience with high‑profile transactions that shape the future of the energy and infrastructure sectors. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills within an international law firm while working from our office in Milan.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
You’ll work alongside senior lawyers and directly contribute to our deals by:
- Reviewing legal documents.
- Assisting with conditions precedent (CPs) collection and management.
- Conducting due diligence on major cross-border transactions.
- Providing day‑to‑day support to our team on live matters.
You’ll be exposed to the fast‑paced world of finance and infrastructure, gaining practical insights into how international legal teams operate.
