Experteer Overview As Senior Electrical Engineer in Milan, you lead electrical design for mission-critical facilities, guiding multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with clients. You devise robust electrical systems, from back-up power to ICT and building automation, while advancing sustainable design. You collaborate with architects and stakeholders to balance constraints and deliver high-performance data-center quality. This role offers shaping critical infrastructure within a globally connected, values-driven firm.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Building Services Engineering Senior Team and mentor engineers
Serve as senior engineer with direct client interface and coordination with architects and stakeholders
Define electrical design constraints and ensure cross-discipline alignment
Design electrical systems including emergency, back-up power,



lightning protection, small power, earthing, ICT, building automation and controls, PV, safety and security systems
Responsabilità Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical /Energy Engineering
7+ years electrical systems design experience
Experience with Data Center and/or Industrial buildings
Revit BIM experience is beneficial
English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong communication and team-working skills
Excellent planning and organization for fast-paced environments
